枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能和抗氧化力的影响

【摘要】 将300羽1日龄健康振宁雏公鸡随机分成对照组和试验组,每组设3个重复,每个重复50羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.75g/kg的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,活菌数为108CFU/g。试验期为77d,分试验前期(1~35d)和试验后期(36~77d)。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌分别提高前期肉鸡的体质量和日增重,但差异不显著(P>0.05),后期肉鸡的体质量和日增重分别提高了6.72%(P<0.05)和13.69%(P<0.05),全程肉鸡的体质量和日增重分别提高了6.75%(P<0.05)和8.22%(P<0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡采食量影响不明显(P>0.05);料重比在试验前期有所提高,试验后期和全程均呈下降趋势,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。从抗氧化指标看,试验组肉鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SOD)、超氧化物歧化酶(GSH-Px)分别比对照组提高了25.75%(P<0.05)、20.10%(P<0.05)和18.12%(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌可提高肉鸡的抗氧化能力、减少氧化应激,从而提高肉鸡生长性能。

【Abstract】 Three hundred one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into two groups.Each group had 3 replicates with 50 broilers per replication.The control group was fed with the basic diets and the treatment group was fed with the basic diets supplemented with 0.75 g /kg bacillus subtilis preparation.The whole experiment lasted 77 days.The earlier stage was from 1st to 35th day,and the later was from the 36th to 77th day.Results were as follows:compared with the control,the average body weight and daily gain in the treatment group increased by 6.75% (P>0.05) and 8.22% (P>0.05).In the later stage,the increase was more obvious (6.72% and 13.69%,P<0.05).Besides,feed intakes of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of thecontrol (P>0.05).For the gain ratios of the treatment group,there was an increase in the earlier stage (P>0.05),but a decrease in the later.Levels of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) of the test group were higher than those of the control group by 25.75%(P<0.05)、20.10%(P<0.05)and 18.12%(P<0.05),and maleic dialdehyde (MDA) decreased correspondingly compared with the control (P>0.05).
