【摘要】 目的 探讨西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法 80例抑郁症睡眠障碍患者,依据随机法分为单药组与复合组,每组40例。单药组给予西酞普兰治疗,复合组给予西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗。比较两组治疗前后抑郁心理及睡眠质量评分、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,复合组抑郁心理及睡眠质量评分分别为(9.56±1.01)、(6.14±1.02)分,均显著低于单药组的(12.67±2.15)、(8.23±1.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复合组治疗总有效率100.00%高于单药组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论 西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍患者疗效显著,可缓解抑郁,改善睡眠,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of citalopram combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with depression and sleep disorders were randomly divided into single drug group and compound group, with 40 cases in each group. The single drug group was treated with citalopram, and the compound group was treated with citalopram and mirtazapine. The depression score and sleep quality score before and after treatment, therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the depression score and sleep quality score of the compound group were(9.56±1.01) and(6.14±1.02) points, which were significantly lower than(12.67±2.15) and(8.23±1.78) points of the single-drug group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the compound group was 100.00%,which was higher than 77.50% in the single drug group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Citalopram combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of patients with depression and sleep disorders is effective, and can alleviate depression, improve sleep with high safety.更多还原
