【摘要】 目的比较传统疝修补术与疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年6月至2012年12月,巨野县人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患者94例,根据患者采用的手术方式分为观察组53例和对照组41例。观察组给予疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗,对照组给予传统疝修补术治疗。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,二组患者在手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间以及镇痛人数比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.019、6.634、28.201,χ2=7.393,P=0.007、0.012、0.031、0.007)。二组患者并发症发生率、复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.106、0.034,P=0.745、0.854)。结论与传统疝修补术比较,疝环填充式无张力修补术在腹股沟疝中具有手术时间短、镇痛患者少等优点,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional hernia repair with ring filling tension-free hernia repair. Methods A total of 94 patients with inguinal hernia were enrolled and retrospectively analyzed from the Juye People’s Hospital from June 2011 to December 2012. 53 cases in the observation group and 41 cases in the control group were included according to the operation mode. The patients in the observation group were applied with the hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional hernia repair. Results All the patients successfully completed the operation.
