【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童椎间盘钙化病(Intervertebral disc calcification,IDC)的CT表现,并比较CT和普通平片的诊断价值。方法:搜集我院16例IDC,全部病例均有CT和平片资料。观察、记录钙化的形态和分布、椎体和椎间隙变化、椎管狭窄、椎旁软组织有无受累等征象。结果:(1)16例IDC中,颈椎15例,胸椎1例。共26个椎间盘受累,其中77%为颈椎,其余为胸椎。钙化均呈结节状或斑片状。16个钙化位于椎间盘前部,8个占据全椎间盘,2个位于后部。(2)CT和平片分别发现26个和25个椎间盘钙化,CT显示钙化的分布和形态、椎管和软组织受累情况更佳。结论:CT对于钙化椎间盘细节的显示优于平片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the CT manifestations of intervertebral disc calcification(IDC)in children patients and its di-agnostic value in comparison with plain film.Methods:CT and plain film data of sixteen children with IDC were collected.The images were analyzed from the following aspects:counting the involved discs of each patient,locating the calcification in each ill disc and nearby tissue,observing the morphological features of calcification,and vertebral tube involvement.Results:①Fifteen patients had one or more than one cervical disc involved,but in only one patient,calcification involved five thoracic discs.Twenty-six discs were calcified in all,in which cervical disc accounted for 77%,and thoracic disc 23%.Most calcifications were nodular or patchy with different size.Sixteen calcification located at the anterior half segment of involved discs;Eight in the central part;only two at the posterior part.②CT and plain film detected calcification respectively of 26 and 25 discs.The for-mer was superior in displaying the location and appearance of calcification,and disclosing vertebral tube and nearby tissue in-volvement.Conclusion:CT is better than plain film in disclosing the details of ill disc.更多还原
