【Abstract】 It is not uncommon to see domestic violence in China, and female groups account for the majority of victims of domestic violence. The implementation of the anti-domestic violence law in March 1, 2016 has played a positive role in protecting the victims of domestic violence. However, some of the problems emerged in the process of implementation cannot be ignored.
