【摘要】 探索解决群众"看病贵、看病难"这一社会热点问题的方法。我院通过裕民村卫生站以医疗费用包干的形式对裕民村村民试行"免费医疗"服务半年,引导患者改变就医模式,促使医院改变经营理念。实现了村民"有病及时看、小病及时医、大病转医院"的目标,同时也使医疗机构树立了"花小钱、治好病"的理念。农民基本医疗费用由卫生站包干的方法为缓解农村村民"看病难、看病贵"问题提供了一个参考模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To solve the social problem of"high cost of medical services and difficulty in seeking medical services". Method The expense of rural basic medical services was contracted by Yumin Community Hospital which offered free medical care to the local farmers for half a year.Results This method attracted patients to go to the community hospital,promoted hospitals to change their managements and accomplished the goal that"patients see a doctor,get treatments and transfer hospital in time",at the same time,it makes hospitals establish a concept of"curing diseases at a low cost".Conclusion This method provides a reference for solving the problem of"high cost of medical services and difficulty in seeking medical services".更多还原
