【摘要】 目的:修订适用于中国大学生的职业决策困难问卷(CDDQ)。方法:抽取1182名大学生为研究样本。结果:①分问卷及总问卷的α系数为0.477-0.872;②问卷有较好的结构效度、区分效度和效标效度。结论:该问卷的测量指标符合心理测量学要求,但是还需要进一步结合我国的实际进行验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop the Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire(CDDQ) for the use of Chinese college students.Methods: The CDDQ(36 items in the Chinese version) was filled by 1182 college subjects.Results: ①Cronbach α coefficients ranged from 0.477 to 0.872;②The questionnaire had good construct validity,discriminant validity and criterion-related validity.Conclusion: The results suggest that CDDQ has eligible psychometric reliability,but it is necessary to be further confirmed according to the reality of China.更多还原
