【Abstract】 The integrated development of rural passenger, freight, and postal services provides innovative solutions to the Last-mile issues in rural areas for people’s travel, cargo transportation, and postal services, as well as the First-mile challenges in the upward movement of agricultural and specialty products. This is a groundbreaking initiative by passenger, freight, and postal enterprises in implementing the ESG concept. The integrated development has achieved significant economic benefits, enhanced service quality, and promoted green development, thereby advancing the construction of livable and prosperous rural communities. To ensure the sustainability of this integrated rural passenger, freight, and postal development, it is necessary to fully leverage the synergistic effects of the ESG concept. This can be achieved through strengthening rural logistics infrastructure, encouraging and supporting technological innovation in rural logistics enterprises, improving the rural logistics service system, fostering rural logistics talent, adopting green equipment and facilities, optimizing logistics distribution and transportation, promoting the integration of transportation and rural industries, and facilitating local employment opportunities for rural residents.
