一种铣车复合加工中心直驱转台的结构设计
Design of direct-driven rotary table structure of turning-milling compound machining center
【摘要】 通过对铣车复合加工中心直驱转台结构进行分析,从铣车复合加工中心直驱转台结构构成、工作运行及优点分析3方面进行阐述,提出了力矩电动机传动技术、双斜面锁紧技术、编码器位置控制技术、力矩电动机强制冷却技术相结合的设计方案,对发挥数控机床的潜能,实现高效加工有很大的现实意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the structure of direct- driven rotary table of turning- milling compound machining center,and explain from the structure composition,operation and advantages analysis of the direct- driven rotary table of turning- milling compound machining center. This article proposes a designing plan composed by the following technologies like torque motor’s driving technology,double- cants locking technology, encoder position controlling technology and as well as torque motor’s forced cooling technology,which will play an extraordinary significance for a high efficiency process of CNC machine tools and its potential.
