开放式数控系统中控制信息的表达与传递
Representation and Transmission of Control Information in An Open Architecture Controller
【摘要】 控制信息在系统中的表达与传递是构建开放式数控系统必须解决的问题之一。采用嵌套式任务单元实现数控信息的表达与控制;任务单元内部采用有限状态机FSM进行描述,完成预期的操作与功能;其嵌套结构形式的设计实现了控制信息在系统内的有序流动和传递,并使任务单元具有智能特征,能够协调和控制下层模块的运行。最后通过实验验证了该方法的实用性以及对于系统功能扩充的高效性。
【Abstract】 Representation and transmission of control information is one of the key techniques for construction of open architecture controllers. In the paper, nested task unit is used to represent the control information and the task unit is described as Finite State Machine (FSM). The nested structure makes the information transmission smoothly and makes the task units intelligent to coordinate and control the modules at lowlevel. Finally the experiments are completed, which show the practicability of the proposed method and the capability of the extension of functions.
