【摘要】 ECFA签署后,台商对大陆农业的直接投资迅速发展。从农业FDI的视角,通过对38家台湾农民创业园在全国主要省市的区位分布进行实证分析,并以浙江省为例,围绕影响台湾农民创业园区位选择的主要因素这一核心问题展开调研,对台商入驻台创园的区位选择偏好和不同地区吸引台商农业直接投资创业园的差异进行实证研究。结果表明:台商的区位选择偏好受台商自身的特征、台商所关注的交易成本、台商所关注的市场因素等影响。在此基础上,提出了新形势下如何吸引台商进行直接投资农业创业园、推动台湾农民创业园良性发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The direct investment on mainland agriculture from Taiwan firms has experienced a breakthrough since the signing of ECFA. The article took the perspective of agriculture FDI,analyzed the location choice of 38 Taiwan farmers’ entrepreneurial parks in Mainland,summarized the location choice preference of Taiwan businessmen and put forward difference on attracting agriculture FDI among different areas。The results showed that the main influencing factors of location choice preference include Taiwan businessmen’s characteristics,transaction cost and market factor,etc. Thus strategic recommendations were suggested on Taiwan farmers’ entrepreneurial park.更多还原
