【摘要】 介绍张玉莲教授治疗中风失语经验。张教授认为中风是由于"神匿络阻",治疗应以"调神通络"为法。切中病机,采用头舌体针针刺方法结合中药解语丹加减,针药结合,提高失语的疗效。在取头部腧穴时,张教授衷中参西,将现代医学大脑功能投影区与中医腧穴有机结合,形成了具有自身特色的头体针结合治疗中风常见症的系列疗法,在治疗中风病上取得了较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor ZHANG Yu-lian’s experience of treating apoplectic aphasia( AA) was introduced in this article. Professor Zhang thinks apoplectic aphasia is due to the blocked collaterals and disappearing spirit,therefore the treatment should be unblock collaterals and regulate spirit. It has been proved that the combination of scalp acupuncture,tongue acupuncture,and body acupuncture,combined with modified Jie Yu Dan can increase the clinical efficacy of AA. The unique systematic therapy was developed for AA by Professor Zhang,according to the reasonable combination of acupoints and functional projection area of brain,which has achieved preferable clinical efficacy.更多还原
