【摘要】 目的探讨预防三级医院手术室医院感染的管理与监控方法,提升手术室医院感染管理水平,保障手术安全。方法调查分析三级医院手术室内医院感染管理现状及存在的感染隐患,制定预防与控制医院感染的干预对策。结果医院手术室在医院感染管理制度的执行力、工作人员医院感染的认知和防范意识、规范化的无菌操作技术、洗手依从性、环境细菌监测达标、手术室不同区域的标识、医疗废弃物处理等方面尚存在不尽人意之处。结论手术室医院感染控制是一项综合性管理工作,务必建立健全各项规章制度并加强执行力,要从组织管理、环境管理、物品管理等多方面入手,落实综合性干预对策,才能达到控制手术室医院感染的发生与暴发流行的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To approach the management and monitoring methods of prevention of nosocomial infections in operating room in a tertiary hospitals so as to improve the control of nosocomial inoections in the opreating room anel ensure the operation safety.METHODS The current status and hidden dangers of nosocomial infections in operating room in the tertiary hospital were investigated analyzed,the intervention countermeasures of prevention and control of nosocomial infections were instituted.RESULTS The execution of the nosocomial infection management system,the medical staff′s awareness and prevention consciousness of nosocomial infections,aseptic technique,hand-washing compliance,environmental monitoring of bacteria,signs in different regions of the operating room,and medical waste disposal remained unsatisfied.CONCLUSION The infection control in operating room is an integrated management,it is inevitable to establish the sound and completed regulations and systems,intensify the execution,take actions from the organization,environmental management,and object management,and implement the integrated intervention countermeasures so as to control the outbreak and prevalence of nosocomial infections in operating rooms.更多还原
