【摘要】 天津市胸科医院在胸痛中心建设的基础上,在政府主导下,积极与基层和社区联系,构建了辐射范围更广的胸痛专科医联体,以"一配置、二联通、三共存"和"统一同质化"的"123+1"模式开展具体工作。介绍了该医联体落实分级诊疗、强基层等医改要求的具体实践,分析了工作中出现的问题,并针对性提出进一步发展的思路。更多还原
