【摘要】 仰卧位低血压综合征(SHS)是由于妊娠晚期巨大的妊娠子宫压迫下腔静脉,导致回心血量减少而发生的临床综合征。随着剖宫产手术比例的升高,手术中发生SHS的比例也逐渐增加,严重者会影响产妇的身体健康甚至新生儿的生命安全。本文分析了SHS发生的病理基础、原因、可能发生的情况,并且分析了剖宫产术中SHS的易发因素,提出了剖宫产术中防治SHS的措施,以减少剖宫产术中SHS的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supinehypotensive syndrome(SHS) refers to the clinical syndrome that during late trimester of pregnancy,the inferior vena cava is pressed byhuge pregnant uterus leading to reduced venous return.With an increased propor-tion of cesarean section,the supinehypotension is frequently occurred in operation.The occurrence of severe SHS willhave some influence on maternalhealth and even the lives of newborns.The article analyzes the pathological basis,eti-ology,and possible situations as well as prone factors of SHS during cesarean section,and put forward some countermea-sures in order to reduce the incidence of SHS.更多还原
