【摘要】 《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》强调,要紧紧围绕全面提高城镇化质量,加快转变城镇化发展方式,以人的城镇化为核心,有序推进农业转移人口市民化。以人地关系三大子系统为依据构建山东省人口城镇化质量评价指标体系,运用熵权法对山东省2006-2014年人口城镇化质量进行深入分析,结果表明山东省人口城镇化质量呈现出显著上升趋势,山东省人地系统的协调性也趋于良好的方向发展。山东省人口城镇化质量在空间演变方面,将山东省17地市划分为五个等级,即高人口城镇化质量区、较高人口城镇化质量区、一般人口城镇化质量区、较低人口城镇化质量区和低人口城镇化质量区。济南、青岛、东营与威海为山东省高人口城镇化质量区,烟台、淄博、临沂为山东省较高人口城镇化质量区,;德州、济宁与枣庄划分为较低山东省人口城镇化质量区;聊城与菏泽划分为山东省低人口城镇化质量区。更多还原

【Abstract】 National Plan on New Urbanization 2014-2020 pointed out emphatically that the plan should close center around improving the quality of urbanization to accelerate the transformation of urbanization development that will see people-oriented as an essential value and gradually settle the former agricultural population who have migrated to the cities. According to the three sub-systems of man-earth relationship, this article established an evaluation index system for the quality of population urbanization in Shandong Province. Deeply analyzing the quality of population urbanization from 2006-2014 in Shandong Province with entropy weight method, it turned out that the quality of population urbanization in Shandong Province showed a obvious increasing trend; in the evolution of the quality of population urbanization in Shandong Province, harmonization was measured with the help of harmonious coefficient function and the results showed that during the study the quality of population urbanization in Shandong Province showed a continuously rising development, at the same time, the harmonization of man-earth system in Shandong Province also move towards to a good direction. From the aspect of spatial evolution, the quality of population urbanization divided the 17 cities in Shandong province into 5 levels, including higher quality area of population urbanization, high quality area of population urbanization, common quality area of population urbanization, low quality area of population urbanization and lower quality area of population urbanization. Jinan, Qingdao, Dongying and Weihai belong to higher quality area of population urbanization; Yantai, Zibo and Linyi belong to high quality area of population urbanization; Dezhou, Jining and Zaozhuang belong to low quality area of population urbanization; Liaocheng and Heze belong to lower quality area of population urbanization.更多还原
