缆式投捞电泵技术及在海上平台的应用

【摘要】 目前海上油田实施无修井机平台检泵或换泵,只能依托于钻井平台配合作业,但由于钻井平台有限的作业资源、作业窗口、气象及作业成本的影响,不利于降本增效。缆式投捞电泵技术的引入与应用,恰能解决此难题,且不需洗压井,规避了储层伤害情况的发生。通过海上油田缆式投捞电泵技术的实际应用,表明该工艺完全适用于低产低效井或无修井机的无人平台,能最大程度挖潜生产井产能,较快恢复油田生产,有利于增储上产,具有较高的应用价值及推广价值。

【Abstract】 At present,the operation of pump inspection or pump replacement without workover rig platform for offshore oil fields can only rely on the drilling platform. However,considering the limited operating resources,operating schedule,sea conditions and operating costs of the drilling platform,it is not conducive to reducing costs and increasing efficiency. The introduction and application of the electric pump technology without workover rig can just solve this problem and there is no need to wash well and kill well,and avoid the occurrence of reservoir pollution. Through the practical application of the electric pump technology without workover rig in offshore oil fields,the operation practice shows that the technology is fully adapted to the unmanned platform without workover rig or low-efficiency wells,which can maximize the productivity of potential production wells,quickly resume the oil field production,facilitate the increase of storage and production with higher application value and promotion value.
