应力波法分析长、短活塞的液压凿岩机冲击性能
Analysis of Impact Performance for Hydraulic Rock Drill with Long and Short Pistons Using Stress Wave Method
【摘要】 该文基于波动力学理论分析了凿岩机冲击过程中能量传递特性,针对同一型号双控式液压凿岩机两个长度不同的活塞,通过实验分别测试了凿岩机在低、中、高三个档位下钎杆应力谱、冲击能、冲击频率,最后得出凿岩机活塞能量利用率。经分析该型号液压凿岩机宜在18.0 MPa的冲击压力下选用短活塞来进行钻凿工作。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the energy transfer characteristics of hydraulic drill during impact process based on wave mechanics theory.Aiming at two pistons of different lengths in the same type of double-controlled hydraulic rock drill, the stress spectrum, impact energy and impact frequency of drill rod in low, middle and high gear are tested by experiments. Finally, the energy utilization ratio of piston is obtained.The analysis result shows that this type of hydraulic rock drill is suitable for drilling with short piston under 18.0 MPa impact pressure.
