有机磷农药代谢产物烷基磷酸酯类化合物检测方法的研究进展
Progress in methods for the detection of alkyl phosphate esters of organophosphorus pesticide metabolites
【摘要】 农药在农业生产中的使用相当普遍,其中杀虫剂用量最多。同时接触多种有机磷农药是农药中毒的最主要途径,体内转化后的烷基磷酸酯类化合物不但存在于血液中,而且经体内转化,代谢后随尿排出,因此可用作反映近期低水平接触有机磷农药的指标。目前有机磷农药代谢产物烷基磷酸酯类化合物的检测方法有气相色谱法(GC)及气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS)、液相色谱法及液相色谱串联质谱法,采用GC或GC-MS分析时,分析过程中的衍生化是不可或缺的步骤;采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法分析时,其突出的优势是前处理简单,之后直接上机,无需衍生步骤,使得分析更加快速高效。部分方法的劣势明显,样本预处理后,6种二烷基磷酸酯类化合物中有2~4种无法被仪器检测到,因此在明确检测目标物后,要谨慎选择检测方法,以便提供更全面的检测结果,为人群健康分析提供准确的生物标志物浓度结果。
【Abstract】 The use of pesticides in agricultural production is quite common, of which insecticides are the most used.At the same time contact with a variety of organophosphorus pesticides is the main way of pesticide poisoning, the alkyl phosphate compounds after transformation in the body not only exist in the blood, but also through the body transformation, metabolism with urine excreted, therefore, it can be used as an indicator to reflect the recent low-level of exposure to organophosphorus pesticides.At present, the detection methods of organophosphorus pesticide metabolites alkyl phosphate compounds include gas chromatography and gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.When GC(Gas Chromatograph) or GC-MS(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer) is used for analysis, derivatization in the analysis process is an indispensable step; When using LC-MS/MS(Liquid Chromatograph-Tandem Mass Spectrometer) method for analysis, its outstanding advantage is that the pre-treatment is simple, and then directly sample testing without derivatization step, therefore the analytical process is more rapid and efficient.The disadvantages of some methods are obvious, because after sample pretreatment, 2-4 kinds of the 6 kinds of dialkyl phosphate compounds cannot be detected by the instruments.Therefore, the detection method should be carefully selected before confirming detection objects, the object is to provide more comprehensive detection results and provide accurate biomarker concentration results for population health analysis.
