【Abstract】 Objective: To describe the pharmacist’s role in palliative and hospice care. Methods: The basic concepts of palliative and hospice care are introduced,and the responsibilities and value of pharmacists stated in literature are summarized, especially the statement of American Society of Hospital Pharmacists (ASHP). Results: Pharmacists play pivotal roles in perfect hospice and palliative care in foreign countries. Conclusion: Taking active part in palliative and hospice care is important responsibilities of pharmacists and necessary components of pharmaceutical care.更多还原
