【摘要】 以4个现代月季品种‘粉和平’、‘卡罗拉’、‘甜梦’和‘黑玫’的叶片为试验材料,经过不同程度的冻害处理,测定冻害处理后4个月季品种的6个生理指标,并研究分析不同程度的冻害与各指标之间的关系,以及4个月季品种的抗冻力差异。结果表明:随着冻害程度的加深,不同品种月季的组织水势和还原糖含量、脯氨酸含量、叶绿素均降低;月季叶片的可溶性蛋白含量和外渗电导率呈增加趋势。综合4个不同月季品种的各个生理指标在冻害处理后的变化规律,可发现‘甜梦’的抗冻能力最强,其余依次是‘黑玫’、‘卡罗拉’和‘粉和平’。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the leaves of four modern rose varieties pink peace,Corolla,Sweet Dreams and Black Rose as experimental material,the paper studied the effects of frost damage on rose physiological indicators.Six physiological indices of every variety were determined.The antifreeze strength of 4 varieties and the relation between indices and the degree of frost were explored.The results showed that tissue water potential,reducing sugar content as well as proline content,chlorophyll of different varieties of roses decreased with the deepening of frost damage.Soluble protein content and extravasation conductivity in rose leaves showed an increasing trend.The variation of physiological indexes of four different varieties indicated that the frost resistance of Sweet Dreams was the strongest,followed by the Black Rose,Corolla and pink peace.更多还原
