Sb-Si复合阻燃剂的性能及其对PVC拉伸强度的影响

【摘要】 研究了Sb-Si超细复合阻燃剂的热稳定性、阻燃性及其对软质PVC力学性能的影响。结果表明,与超细Sb2O3相比,Sb-Si有助于提高软质PVC的热稳定性及拉伸强度,氧指数达难燃标准(添加5份)。

【Abstract】 The heat stability, burning and mechanical behavior of plasticized PVC treated with complex flame retardant Sb Si were studied Results showed that compared with ultrafines of pure Sb 2O 3, Sb Si can improve the heat stability and tensile strength of plasticized PVC, and limited oxygen index (LOI) can reach 27 0 when portion of Sb Si in PVC was five
