【摘要】 目的探讨不同部位髓外浆细胞瘤的CT和MRI(磁共振成像)表现,提高对该病影像学认识。方法回顾性分析5例经组织学病理证实髓外浆细胞瘤的影像学资料。结果髓外浆细胞瘤的影像学较特征性表现如下:软组织肿块影,内密度均匀,CT呈等密度,MRI上,T1WI呈等或稍低信号,T2WI上呈等或稍高信号;病变较大时肿块内部或周边可见迂曲走向的血管影;增强扫描呈中等-明显强化;临近骨质可受侵犯,但无骨质硬化改变。结论髓外浆细胞瘤具有一定的影像学特点,CT和MRI影像学检查方法能够对其诊断、治疗及随访提供更全面的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT and MRI findings of etramedullary plasmacytom in different locations.Methods All 5 cases of extramedullary plasmacytom occurring in the different locations were verified by histopathology.CT and MRI findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results The image features of extramedullary plasmacytoma were as followed: ① soft tissue mass with homogeneous density or signal,which demonstrated iso-hypo intensity on T1WI and iso-hyper intensity on T2WI;② A lot of vessels in center or adjacent to larger lesion;③ moderate-strong homogenous enhancement;④ adjacent bone remodeling thinning displacement and absorption without bone sclerosis.Conclusion There were some characteristic imaging features of extramedullary plasmacytoma on CT and MRI,which gave more information on diagnosis,therapy and follow-up information.更多还原
