【Abstract】 To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with distant leakage after injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel for breast augmentation 17 years later. Nursing points include: eliminate the psychological barriers of patients, help establish confidence in treatment, implement the perioperative nursing of polyacrylamide hydrogel extraction, relieve pain, breast rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance. Through the careful care of the medical team, the patient recovered after surgery and was discharged from hospital.The purpose of this case is to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with distant leakage after injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel after breast augmentation.更多还原
