150t转炉炉型及托圈耳轴位置的优化选择
Optimal Selection of 150t Furnace Shape and Trunion Ring Location
【摘要】 本文通过某厂150t转炉的安全整改项目,论述了转炉炉型、倾动速度、炉体支撑方式、预选耳轴位置等主要参数的优化方法;并通过最终的核算证明了各种参数选择的安全性、合理性、经济性,为150t转炉的设计和改造提供一些有益的参考经验。核算结果表明:(1)转炉炉型选择是合理的,即炉容比显著增加,由0.93m~3/t提高到1.01m~3/t,更加适合中磷铁水的冶炼,减少了转炉冶炼过程中溢渣和喷溅可能性,钢铁料消耗降低,运行成本降低;(2)转炉倾动全过程中,为全正力矩,符合国家的炼钢安全规范;(3)有利于炉后摇炉室观察出钢钢流和加铁合金情况,生产更加安全;(4)转炉最大出钢量由158t提高到170t情况下,转炉电机容量维持不变,减少了备品备件的数量;(5)转炉平均出钢量由150t增加到165t,实现炉机配合,减少1座转炉和劳动定员;(6)转炉倾动速度由0.76rpm增加到1.5rpm,缩短了辅助作业时间,提高转炉生产效率,而且减少了下渣量;(7)转炉的最佳耳轴位置=4715mm,即在炉口粘渣15t的情况下,能够保证转炉倾动过程为全正力矩;且剩余力矩很小,运行成本低。
【Abstract】 The thesis has discussed the optimal method of the main parameters such as the furnace shape, tiling speed, suspension mode, primary trunion location, etc and has proved the safety & rationality & economy of the parameter selection by the final check computation after design finished in order to supply some helpful referential experiences for the design and reformation of 150t converter. The result of the check computation has proved that(1)the furnace shape is reasonable, namely, ratio of furnace volume to nominal capacity is increased from 0.93 m~3/t to 1.01 m~3/t, in order to suit to smelt medium P hot metal and to decrease the overflow and splash of slag and to cut down iron materials and to reduce operational cost.(2)The furnace is positive torque during the tilting that meet the requirement of safety regulations for steel-making.(3)The liquid steel taping and ferroalloy charging can be observed from the tilting room after reformed that is more safe.(4)The tilting motor power is not changed when furnace max capacity of liquid steel is increased from 158t to 170t and the spares is decreased.(5)The furnace mean capacity of liquid steel is increased from 150t to 165 in order to coordinate between the two furnaces and two con-casters and one furnace and personnel are decreased.(6)The tilting speed is increased from 0.76 rpm to 1.5 rpm that shortens auxiliary times & production efficiency is raised & slag into steel ladle is also reduced(7)The optimal trunion location of furnace is 4715 mm,namely, the furnace is positive torque during the tilting after the furnace lip is stuck by 15t slag and the surplus torque is least and low operation cost.
