公路桥梁悬臂挂篮浇筑施工技术应用研究

【摘要】 挂篮悬浇施工需在桥墩两侧设置工作平台,由挂篮平衡地逐段向跨中悬臂浇筑水泥混凝土梁体,同时逐段施加预应力,因此对施工浇筑质量与时机把握要求较高。基于此,文章首先介绍悬臂挂篮浇筑施工技术的内涵与发展,然后分析悬臂挂篮浇筑施工技术在公路桥梁中的应用优势,最后从挂篮结构设计、悬臂挂篮施工要点出发,分析悬臂挂篮浇筑施工技术在公路桥梁中的应用,并提出施工技术的安全管理要点,以供参考。

【Abstract】 Working platforms shall be set on both sides of the pier for cantilever hanging basket pouring construction, and the concrete beam body shall be poured from the hanging basket to the mid-span cantilever section by section in a balanced way, and the prestress shall be applied section by section, so the requirements for construction pouring quality and timing are high. Based on this, this paper first introduces the connotation and development of cantilever hanging basket pouring construction technology, then analyzes its application advantages in highway bridges, and finally analyzes its application in highway bridges from the design of hanging basket structure and the key points of cantilever hanging basket construction, and puts forward the key points of safety management of cantilever hanging basket pouring construction technology for reference.
