【摘要】 目的:探讨微信联合电话随访对脊柱骨折患者术后康复效果及自我管理能力的影响。方法:随机抽样法选取2017年5月至2018年5月昆山市第二人民医院76例脊柱骨折出院患者,随机信封法分为研究组(n=38,行微信联合电话随访)与对照组(n=38,行单纯电话随访),比较干预效果。结果:干预后,研究组FIM评分高于对照组,自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱骨折患者出院后行微信联合电话随访可改善康复效果,提升自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss about the effects of WeChat and telephone follow-up on postoperative rehabilitation effect and selfmanagement ability of patients with spinal fractures. Methods: 76 patients with spinal fractures discharged from the Second People’s Hospital of Kunshan from May 2017 to May 2018 are selected with the random sampling method. The patients are randomly divided into study group(n=38, WeChat and telephone follow-up) and control group(n=38, telephone follow-up only). The effects of intervention are compared. Results: After intervention, the FIM score of the study group is higher than that of the control group, and the score of self-management ability is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: WeChat and telephone followup after discharge of patients with spinal fractures can improve the rehabilitation effect and self-management ability.更多还原
