短氟碳链拒水拒油整理剂的合成及其应用

【摘要】 以1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛醇、丙烯酸为原料,通过酯化反应制得1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基丙烯酸酯(TFOA),再将其与丙烯酸十八酯(SA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)以及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)进行乳液共聚,制备了一种短氟碳链拒水拒油整理剂。将整理剂应用于棉织物的拒水拒油整理,通过XPS测试研究其表面结构。整理后棉纤维表面褶皱消失,变得平整光滑。TG测试分析表明,棉织物的热稳定性得到改善。棉织物整理后对水的接触角最大为144.6°,拒水效果可达100分,拒油等级可达4级,表明共聚物乳液整理后的棉织物拒水拒油性能优良。

【Abstract】 Using 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctanol and acrylic acid as raw materials, 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyl acrylate(TFOA) is synthesized by esterification reaction. Then the synthesized monomer is reacted with octadecyl acrylate(SA), butyl acrylate(BA) and hydroxyethyl methylacrylate(HEMA) via emulsion co-polymerization to prepare the water- and oil-repellent finishing agent with short-chain fluoroalkyl. The prepared copolymers are applied to the water- and oil-repellent finishing of cotton fabrics. The surface structure of the finished fabric is analyzed by XPS method. The original grooves on the surface of the treated cotton fibers are cleared, and the surface becomes flat and smooth. TG analysis confirms the improvement of thermal stability of the treated cotton fabrics. The treated fabric features excellent water- and oil- repellent properties, with the maximum water contact angle of 144.6°, 100 points of water repellent property, Grade 4 of oil repellency.
