【摘要】 脂肪干细胞是从脂肪组织中分离出的具有自我更新与多向分化潜能的成体间充质干细胞,国内外已有大量的动物实验研究证实,ADSCs对多种疾病有治疗效果,骨骼和肌肉系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、急慢性损伤以及自身免疫性疾病。这些研究基础为ADSCs治疗进入临床实验阶段提供有力的理论支持,本文对近年来关于ADSCs的临床研究应用现状进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) are mesenchymal stem cells isolated from adipose tissue. A large number of animal studies have confirmed the therapeutic effect of ADSCs on a variety of diseases, such as bone and muscle diseases, urinary system diseases, cardiovascular diseases, acute and chronic injury and autoimmune disease. These researches provide strong theoretical support for ADSCs treatment in clinical trials. In this paper, the clinical researches and applications of ADSCs in recent years are reviewed.更多还原
