早期强化膝关节控制训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能改善中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨早期强化膝关节控制训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能改善中的应用效果。方法 将98例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组各49例。对照组给予常规护理与训练,观察组在此基础上实施早期强化膝关节控制训练,比较两组的临床效果。结果 干预后1个月、 3个月,两组的Breg平衡量表评分、 Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组的Breg平衡量表评分、 Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 早期强化膝关节控制训练可增强脑卒中偏瘫患者的膝关节稳定性,显著改善其平衡功能及下肢运动功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of early intensive knee joint control training in the improvement of lower limb motor function of patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods 98 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups, with49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and training, and the observation group was given early intensive knee joint control training on this basis. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results 1 month and 3 months after intervention, the scores of Breg balance scale and Fugl-Meyer motor function scale of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of Breg balance scale and Fugl-Meyer motor function scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Early intensive knee joint control training can enhance the knee joint stability of patients with stroke hemiplegia, and significantly improve the balance function and lower limb motor function.
