面向毫米波雷达应用的微带阵列天线仿真与设计
Simulation and Design of Microstrip Array Antennas for Millimeter-Wave Radar Applications
【摘要】 本文设计了两种工作于E波段的毫米波雷达微带阵列天线:贴片阵列天线和梳状阵列天线,阐述了两种阵列天线的设计和组阵方法,并对两种阵列天线模型进行了三维电磁全波仿真。通过分析并对比两种阵列天线的阻抗特性和辐射特性等参数,总结了两种微带结构的优缺点。
【Abstract】 This article proposes two types of microstrip array antennas operating in E-band for millimeter wave radar applications: patch array antennas and comb array antennas. The design principle and method of the two array antennas are demonstrated, whose performances are obtained by the three-dimensional electromagnetic full-wave simulations. By analyzing and comparing the impedance and radiation characteristics of two types of array antennas, the advantages and disadvantages of the two microstrip structures are summarized.
