【摘要】 目的分析CRP、CEA及AFU联合检测在肝癌早期诊断中的价值和准确率。方法该文研究对象为2017年12月—2019年12月期间该院收治的58例早期原发性肝癌患者作为肝癌组,选取同时期在该院接受治疗的64例肝硬化患者作为肝硬化组以及进行健康体检的65名体检人员作为对照组,3组人员均接受血清CRP、CEA及AFU检测,观察联合检测方法肝癌组诊断结果、3组人员血清CRP、CEA、AFU水平。结果肝癌患者接受CRP、CEA、AFU联合检测的检出率为94.83%,明显高于各单项检测的检出率,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组患者的CRP为(6.79±0.66)mg/L、CEA为(7.49±0.73)ng/L、AFU为(62.27±6.13)U/L,与肝硬化组和对照组的血清CRP、CEA、AFU水平对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组与肝硬化组患者的血清CRP、CEA、AFU水平,与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者接受CRP、CEA及AFU联合检测,能够对病情进行早期的诊断,对疾病的治疗和预后有积极作用,应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value and accuracy of combined detection of CRP, CEA and AFU in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods The research object of this paper is 58 patients with early primary liver cancer admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 as the liver cancer group, and 64 patients with liver cirrhosis who received treatment in the hospital during the same period were selected as the liver cirrhosis group and65 people underwent physical examination as a control group. All three groups received serum CRP, CEA and AFU tests. The combined detection method liver cancer group’s diagnosis results and the three groups’ serum CRP, CEA and AFU levels were observed. Results The detection rate of CRP, CEA, and AFU combined detection in patients with liver cancer was 94.83%, which was significantly higher than the detection rate of each individual test. The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the CRP of patients in the liver cancer group was(6.79± 0.66)mg/L, CEA was(7.49±0.73) ng/L, AFU was(62.27±6.13) U/L, compared with the serum CRP, CEA and AFU levels of the cirrhosis group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); The serum CRP, CEA,and AFU levels of patients in the liver cancer group and cirrhosis group were compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CRP, CEA and AFU in patients with liver cancer can make early diagnosis of the disease, have a positive effect on the treatment and prognosis of the disease, and has high application value.更多还原
