【摘要】 目的探讨芒硝加大黄贴敷对人工血管内瘘术后血清肿的疗效。方法将该科室2016年7月—2018年5月收治的40例行人工血管内瘘术的患者随机分为实验组25例及对照组15例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予芒硝加大黄贴敷治疗1～2周,对治疗效果进行评估。结果实验组肿胀消退情况有效率88.00%,对照组有效率26.00%(χ~2=9.85,P<0.05),实验组治疗后上臂围均比对照组明显降低(t=1.472 2,P=0.046 8 <0.05)。结论芒硝加大黄贴敷能有效减轻人工血管内瘘术后血清肿,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of mirabilite and rheum officinale acupoint in treatment of seroma after the endovascular fistula. Methods 40 cases of patients with endovascular fistula admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, including 25 cases in the experimental group and 15 cases in the control group, the control group used the routine therapy, while the experimental group used the mirabilite and rheum officinale acupoint for 1 to 2 weeks, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results The effective rate of swelling regression in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 88.00% and 26.22%(χ~2=9.85, P<0.05) and the upper-arm circumference in the experimental group after treatment obviously decreased compared with that in the control group(t=1.472 2, P=0.046 8 <0.05). Conclusion The mirabilite and rheum officinale acupoint can effectively relieve the seroma after the Endovascular fistula and improve the quality of life.更多还原
