大花铁线莲花芽分化研究
Study on Flower Bud Differentiation of Large Flower Clematis
【摘要】 【目的】对比不同花被类型的大花铁线莲的花芽分化时期,阐明重被型大花铁线莲的起源方式。【方法】以3种花被类型(单被、重被、完全重被)的大花铁线莲品种为试验材料,采用常规石蜡切片法和显微技术观察大花铁线莲的花芽分化过程。【结果】大花铁线莲的花芽分化顺序都是由外向内进行,花芽分化过程可分为花芽分化前期、花芽分化初期、萼片原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期和雌蕊原基分化期。完全重被品种在雄蕊雌蕊成形后产生瓣化现象,雌雄蕊在变瓣过程中,通常雄蕊先于雌蕊发生瓣化,而重被品种仅雄蕊瓣化。【结论】重瓣型大花铁线莲的起源方式为雌雄蕊不同程度的瓣化。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The aim of this paper was to clarify the origin of double petals by comparing the flower bud differentiation period of large flower clematises. 【Method】Using the perianth of three types of large flower clematis as the test material, the process of flower bud differentiation was observed by conventional paraffin section method and microscopy. 【Result】The flower bud differentiation sequence of large flower clematis was from exterior to interior and the process could be divided into early flower bud differentiation, the beginning of the flower bud differentiation, sepal primordium differentiation stage, stamen primordium differentiation stage and pistil primordium differentiation stage. The fully double flower clematis produced petalody after the stamen and pistil formation, and the stamen was usually anterior to pistil during petalody. However, only stamen of double perianth flower produced petalody. 【Conclusion】The origin of the double flower clematis is different degree petalody of female and stamen during flower bud differentiation.
