常用木板材料的燃烧特性研究
A study on the burning behaviors of common woods
【摘要】 基于ISO 5660标准,利用锥形量热仪对白蜡木、黑胡木、红橡木和榉木在外加辐射热通量为25、35、50kW/m2的条件下进行了燃烧实验,对比分析了4种材料在不同辐射热通量下的热释放速率(HRR)、总释放热(THR)、质量损失(ML)、燃烧热(HOC)和有效燃烧热(EHC)。结果表明不同木材的(HRR)都有两个峰值,都有升温、着火、加剧、过渡和熄火5个阶段;总释放热为6~7 MJ/m3;ML曲线规律基本相同,残炭量为15%~25%;燃烧热为9.0 MJ/kg、有效燃烧热约11.5MJ/kg。
【Abstract】 Based on the standard of ISO 5660,under the flux of25,35 and 50kW/m2,a CONE was used to perform the combustion test of frequently-used woods such as ash,black wood,red oak and beach.The heat release rate(HRR),total heat release(THR),mass loss(ML),heat of combustion(HOC)and effective heat of combustion(EHC)were analyzed by comparison under different flux.The result turned out that the HRR of different woods all have two peak values,and the same procedures:warming,igniting,intensifying,transition and extinguish.The THR was 6~7 MJ/m3.The ML curves were similar,and the content of residual char was between 15%and 25%.The HOC was about 9.0 MJ/kg,and the EHC was approximately 11.5 MJ/kg.
