基于壳-接触模型的盾构隧道开口力学分析
Analysis of Mechanical Behavior of Shield Tunnel Openings Based on Shell-Contact Model
【摘要】 文章以大直径盾构隧道暗挖地铁车站工法为背景,基于壳-接触数值计算模型,采用壳单元模拟衬砌管片,可屈服弹簧模拟环纵向螺栓,并考虑环纵缝"压剪耦合",对内支撑体系保护下的盾构隧道大尺寸开口全过程进行数值分析。文章旨在分析盾构隧道衬砌管片在隧道开口全过程中的力学行为特征,研究盾构隧道在开口和拆除内支撑时的结构传力机理,确定隧道开口时管片响应受纵缝位置的影响规律以及内支撑体系的重要性,并为盾构隧道开口相关工程提供设计建议。
【Abstract】 Taking the mined metro staion constructed with large-diameter shield tunnel as background, and based on the shell-contact numerical calculation model, this paper makes a numerical analysis on the whole process of large-size opening of shield tunnel under the protection of internal support system,using the shell element to simulate the lining segement, the yielding spring to simulate longitudinal and circumferential bolts, and considering the coupling of compression and shearing of longitudinal and circumferential bolts. The aimes of this paper are to analyze the mechanical behavior of shield tunnel segement lining in the whole process of tunnel opening, to study the structural force transfer mechanism of lining structure when tunnel opening and internal supports removing, to determine the effect law of the longitudinal joint position on the segement lining response when the tunnel opening, and the importance of the internal support system, providing design suggestions for relevant shield tunnel opening.
