煤矿主通风机状态监测及故障诊断系统设计

【摘要】 基于Lab VIEW和ADXL357三轴加速度传感器设计出一款可以对煤矿主通风机状态检测及故障诊断的系统。该系统为能够及时准确地监测矿井主通风机的运行状态,软件系统采用Lab VIEW作为开发平台,具有多维度采集程序、显示和分析程序等功能,能实现煤矿主通风机振动信号在线监测,同时利用BP神经网络实现其智能诊断,在风机的振动超限时,对故障信号作分析并给出诊断结果。该系统设计能够满足要求,对煤矿的安全生产具有实际价值。

【Abstract】 Based on LabVIEW and ADXL357 three-axis acceleration sensor, this system designs a system that can detect and diagnose the state of the main fan of coal mine. In order to timely and accurately monitor the operation status of the mine main fan, the software system uses LabVIEW as the development platform, which has the functions of multi-dimensional acquisition program, display and analysis program, etc. The network realizes its intelligent diagnosis. When the vibration of the fan exceeds the limit, it analyzes the fault signal and gives the diagnosis result. The system design can meet the requirements and has practical value for the safety production of coal mines.
