纺织业服装公司并购问题分析

【摘要】 目前,国内外诸多不利因素对我国纺织服装行业的发展造成了巨大影响,其市场占有率正处于不断下滑态势。一些纺织服装厂通过实施并购整合及转型创新战略,加速拓展国内外市场。但是,随着全球化并购进程的加速,国内纺织服装业在并购中还存在着诸多问题,并购的失败率也较高。文章分析了常见的企业并购方式及其并购后可能产生的风险,并提出风险防范措施,以促进纺织服装行业企稳回升。

【Abstract】 At present, many unfavorable factors at home and abroad have had a huge impact on the development of China’s textile and clothing industry, and its market share is constantly declining. Some textile and clothing factories are accelerating their expansion into domestic and foreign markets by implementing merger and acquisition integration and transformation innovation strategies. However, there are still many problems in mergers and acquisitions of the domestic textile and clothing industry, and the failure rate is high. The study analyzes common ways of mergers and acquisitions and the potential risks that may arise after mergers and acquisitions, and proposes risk prevention measures to promote the stabilization and recovery of the textile and clothing industry.
