小米米糠蛋白的等电点分析
Isoelectric Point Analysis of Millet Rice Bran Protein
【摘要】 采用盐析法对脱脂小米米糠进行蛋白质提取。结果表明,米糠蛋白质的最佳提取条件为柠檬酸钠饱和度80%,pH值4,温度45℃,上清液浓缩倍数4,蛋白质得率达87.52%。分离得到的蛋白采用碱溶酸沉法测小米米糠蛋白的等电点为3.5。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the salting out method extraction of millet rice bran protein were studied.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions of rice bran protein is Sodium citrate saturation of 80%,pH 4,tem-perature 45 °C,samples of saturation concentration for 4 times,the protein yield reached 87.52%,isoelectric point analysis of millet rice bran protein is 3.5.
