【Abstract】 This paper summarizes life and deeds of Liu Jing-cheng, focusing on his outstanding achievements and social impact in such areas as revision and compilation of local chronicles, collation and printing of Series of Honoring Hometown Decorated Arch, library cause, conservation of cultural and historical relics.
