【摘要】 目的 探析传染病预防工作中公共卫生管理的作用价值。方法 选取2021年1—12月山东省淄博市沂源县强制检测中心的20名工作人员作为对照组，开展常规管理模式；选取2022年1—12月本中心20名工作人员作为研究组，开展公共卫生管理模式。两组在各工作时段分别对88名患者进行健康体检。分析不同管理模式实施后取得的效果。结果 对照组传染病防范效能、健康知识知晓情况均低于研究组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。对照组医护人员预防、心理干预、处理应急、宣教能力评分均低于研究组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。对照组医务人员满意度为70.00%，低于研究组的95.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在传染病预防工作中，公共卫生管理的开展，能使管理效果增强，提升公众对传染病相关知识的认知，提高自身防护管理效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role and value of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases. Methods A total of 20 staff members from the Compulsory Testing Center of Yiyuan County, Zibo City, Shandong Province from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group to carry out routine management mode. 20 staff members working in this center from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group to carry out the public health management model. The two groups performed physical examination on 88 patients during each working period. The results obtained after the implementation of different management modes are analyzed. Results The prevention efficacy and health knowledge of the control group were lower than those of the study group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). The ability scores of medical staff in control group(prevention, psychological intervention, emergency treatment, education) were lower than those in study group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the control group was 70.00%, which was lower than 95.00% in the study group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the prevention of infectious diseases, the development of public health management can enhance the management effect, improve the cognition of infectious disease related knowledge, enhance the effectiveness of their own protection and management.更多还原
