开放式护理实训管理中“6S管理法”的应用

【摘要】 目的观察在开放式护理实训管理中实施6S管理法的应用效果。方法该文随机选取2018年3月—2019年1月间70名护理专业的学生为研究对象,对其在护理实训管理中增加6S管理法,通过培养学生自我管理能力,整顿和清洁实训教学环境等措施实施,观察6S管理法在开放式护理实训的应用价值。结果 6S管理法实施后老师对学生的评价以及学生对课程的满意情况均有显著的提升,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将6S管理法运用于开放式护理实训管理中,可以调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生自主学习的技能,提升教学质量,增加学生对课堂的兴趣及满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of 6 s management method in open nursing training management.Methods This article randomly selected 70 nursing students from March 2018 to January 2019 as the research object, and added 6 S management method to the nursing practice management. By cultivating students’ self-management ability, rectification and cleaning practice teaching Implementation of environmental and other measures, observe the application value of 6 S management method in open nursing training. Results After the implementation of the 6 S management method, the teacher’s evaluation of the students and the students’ satisfaction with the courses were significantly improved, and the contrast before and after the difference was significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the 6 S management method to the management of open nursing training can mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivate students’ autonomous learning skills, improve teaching quality, and increase students’ interest and satisfaction in the classroom.
