【摘要】 目的研究白内障患者应用临床护理路径的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年6月—2016年12月本院眼科门诊接诊的92例白内障患者的病历资料,根据患者选择的护理方式对其进行分组:试验组(n=46)应用临床护理路径,对照组(n=46)应用常规护理模式。观察两组护理期间并发症的发生情况,比较住院天数、患者对临床护理工作的满意率等指标。结果试验组的并发症发生率为2.17%、患者满意率为97.83%,均优于对照组的10.87%、86.96%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的住院天数为(4.1±0.5)d,对照组为(6.8±1.2)d,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者积极应用临床护理路径,有助于改善其术后视力,减少并发症发生风险,提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度,融洽护患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on cataract patients. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with cataract treated in our department from June 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into experimental group(n =46), by clinical nursing pathway and control group(n =46) by routine nursing mode. The incidence of complications during the two groups was observed, and the number of days in hospital and the rate of satisfaction with clinical nursing were compared. ResultsThe complication rate of the experimental group was 2.17%, and the satisfaction rate of patients was 97.83%, were significantly better than those in the control group of 10.87% and 86.96%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The number of hospital stay in the experimental group was(4.1 ± 0.5) d, control group was(6.8 ± 1.2) d, Significant reduction, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The positive application of clinical nursing pathway in cataract patients can help improve the postoperative visual acuity, reduce the risk of complications, improve the patient’s satisfaction with clinical nursing work, and coordinate the relationship between nurses and patients.更多还原
