单环刺螠营养成分及体内活性物质的研究进展
Research Advance on the Nutrient Component and Bioactive Substance in Urechis unicinctus
【摘要】 综述了单环刺螠营养成分及体内活性物质的研究进展,包括单环刺螠可食用部分的营养价值及其体内所含有的各种生理活性物质的功能,并对单环刺螠的应用前景提出了展望.
【Abstract】 The nutrient component and bioactive Substance in Urechis unicinctus,including the nutrient value of edible parts,and the function of bioactive substance are reviewed,and analysis of application prospects in Urechis unicinctus is put forward.
