【Abstract】 Yang Songxuan was a pioneer of modern education during the late Qing Dynasty and early period of the Republic of China. He left us a precious legacy in family education. He held that children should have at least over ten years of education, that family education should keep pace with the times and focus on innovation. In case of contents for family education, moral education should be the essence; while in case of chief method, the best way is to teach children by one’s own example.更多还原
