【摘要】 在构筑更为紧密中国-东盟命运共同体的时代背景下，东盟来桂高职留学生的人数、国别种类越来越多。基于中国-东盟深化文化交流的必然需要、出海东盟企业急需精通中国文化、掌握精准技术技能人才的迫切需求，以及职业教育国际化发展的现实要求，东盟来桂高职留学生精准培养越来越受到重视。因此，该文针对东盟来桂高职留学生培养存在的跨文化适应能力亟待加强、培养内容亟须提质增效、培养效果亟盼对接需求等问题，探索东盟来桂高职留学生精准培养路径：对接人才需求以提升培养匹配度、以文化人来提升留学生适应度、采取“求同存异”教学管理方式以尊重留学生差异度等，以期提升东盟来桂高职留学生培养的针对性，打造“留学广西”职教品牌。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of building a closer China ASEAN community with a shared future, the number and variety of ASEAN vocational students studying in Guangxi are increasing.
