NHR与心血管疾病相关性的研究现状

【摘要】 中性粒细胞-高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(neutrophil to high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio,NHR)作为一种新兴的炎症和氧化应激指标被广泛报告,其在心血管疾病的发展中起着重要的作用。NHR不仅与冠状动脉狭窄密切相关,而且是冠状动脉严重狭窄的独立预测因子。多篇研究表明,NHR与Gensini score呈显著正相关性,NHR预测Gensini score> 40的特异度高达94.2%,灵敏度为61.0%,并可作为预测心血管疾病患者主要不良心血管事件发生风险的有效指标。许多研究提供了强有力的统计学证据,表明NHR与心血管疾病的发展和预后有关。本文结合近年相关文献就NHR与心血管疾病关系的研究现状做一综述,以探讨其在心血管疾病中的应用价值,为临床决策提供帮助。

【Abstract】 Neutrophil-to-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(NHR) has been widely reported as a novel inflammatory and oxidative stress marker that plays an important role in cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this article is to explore the predictive and prognostic value of NHR in cardiovascular disease. NHR is not only closely related to coronary artery stenosis, but also an independent predictor of severe coronary artery stenosis. In addition, several studies have shown a significant positive correlation between NHR and Gensini score, with a specificity of 94. 2% and sensitivity of 61. 0% in predicting Gensini score > 40. NHR can also be a useful indicator for predicting the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with cardiovascular disease. Numerous studies have provided strong statistical evidence that NHR is related to the development and prognosis of cardiovascular disease. This article reviews the research status of NHR and cardiovascular disease in recent years, to enhance its application value in cardiovascular disease and provide some assistance for future clinical research and decision-making.
