高含硫气田集输管道完整性管理实践
Practical integrity management of gathering and transportation pipelines in high-sulfur gasfields
【摘要】 为了充分认识高含硫气田集输管道关注的重点和难点,以在高含硫气田开发中具有代表性的、占有重要地位的川东北高含硫项目为研究对象,分析了其在高含硫集输管道完整性管理的典型做法。研究结果表明:其在设计、建设、运行阶段的实践经验,可为国内高含硫气田安全开发提供借鉴。结论认为:(1)设计阶段应开展定量风险评估,确定管道拆迁影响区、阀室安全隔离区,对标设置足量管道阀室,提高强度设计系数,提升材质要求和标准;(2)设备材料采购、工程施工应遵循严格的验收程序,保留全过程资料,实现可追溯性管理;(3)做好连续加注缓蚀剂动态管理、批处理缓蚀剂预膜,定期开展完整性检测、腐蚀监测、阴极保护系统测试,及时开展绝缘层修复,可有效控制管道内、外腐蚀;(4)开展多层级多方式的管道巡护,运用无人机开展常态化巡检,做好地灾敏感点实时监控,是防止第三方施工破坏和自然灾害防治的有效做法;(5)专门的抢险队伍、统一的调度中心、全覆盖的社区报警系统、充足的应急避险集合地、常态化的应急演练、有效的企地联合应急响应机制是提升应急响应水平的有效途径。
【Abstract】 To draw a clear picture of both concerns and difficulties on gathering and transportation pipelines in high-sulfur gasfields, a sour gas project in northeast Sichuan Basin was taken as an example, which is the most representative one and plays an important role in the development of this sort of gasfields, to analyze its typical practices in the integrity management of pipelines. It is indicated that its practical experiences in the design, construction and operation stages can be used as reference for the safe development of domestic high-sulfur gasfields. Five conclusions are made, including(1) it is essential to exert quantitative risk assessment, determine an impact area of pipeline demolition and an safety isolation area for valve chambers, set enough pipeline valve chambers to the standard, improve strength design coefficients, and upgrade material requirements and standards in the design stage;(2) equipment and material procurement and engineering construction shall follow strict acceptance procedures, and data in the whole process shall be kept to ensure traceability management;(3) the internal and external pipeline corrosion can be effectively controlled by virtue of dynamic management of continuous corrosion inhibitor filling, the prefilm of batch corrosion inhibitor, the regular integrity detection, corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection system testing, and the prompt repair of insulation layers;(4) certain helpful ways are put into effect by multi-level and multi-mode pipeline patrol, preventing third-party construction damages and natural disasters, applying UAV to normal-state patrol inspection, and monitoring geological disasters sensitive points in real time; and(5)some effective modes to improve an emergency response level include special emergency teams, a unified dispatch center,a complete and effective community alarm system, emergency refuge gathering places, full-coverage emergency exercises and a joint emergency response mechanism of enterprises and localities.
