新型钙黄长石型结构环保绿色色料的制备
Preparation of Novel Environmentally Friendly Inorganic Green Pigments Based on Gehlenite-type Structure
【摘要】 以碳酸钙、高岭土、氧化铝为主要原料,引入Pr6O11作为发色剂,通过固相烧结反应法在1500℃下制备出一种新型绿色陶瓷色料,其呈色鲜艳,无毒无害,高温下稳定性好且制备工艺简单。通过XRD,SEM和EDS等测试手段对样品进行表征,实验结果表明:色料主要是由成分为Pr6O11与成分Ca2Al2SiO7所形成的固溶体,色料明度随Pr6O11掺入量的增加而提升。
【Abstract】 A new type of green ceramic pigment was prepared by solid state sintering reaction at 1500℃ with CaCO3,kaolin and alumina as the main raw materials.And Pr6O11 was introduced into raw materials to provide coloring ions.The color of the pigment is bright,non-toxic and harmless.The stability is good and the preparation process is simple.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the main components of the pigment were solid solution formed by Pr6O11 and Ca2Al2SiO7,and the brightness of the pigment increased with the increase of Pr6O11 content.
