【摘要】 为了研究技术创新能力对国际新创企业绩效的影响,以安徽省国际新创企业为研究对象,并向安徽省97家国际新创企业发放调查问卷,研究得出技术创新能力对于国际新创企业绩效的提升具有显著的正向作用,且创新营销能力这一维度对国际新创企业绩效的促进作用最明显,其他三个维度影响次之。研究结果表明,安徽省国际新创企业的发展离不开政府政策的支持、高技术和创新性的人才、管理者的创新意识,更加重要的是增强企业创新营销能力。由于安徽省在国际上的社会网络关系不完善,对于国际文化差异与消费者需求的了解并不及时,所以企业更加需要对营销手段以及运营技巧进行创新,来迎合国际市场消费者需求,进一步提升技术创新的综合能力,促进安徽省国际新创企业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study how technological innovation capabilities affect the performance of international startups,Anhui international start-ups are taken as the research objects,and their technological innovation capabilities are evaluated comprehensively from four aspects: research and development capabilities,innovative production capabilities,innovative marketing capabilities,and innovation management capabilities. Financial performance and growth performance indicators are used to measure the performance of international startups to explore the role of technological innovation capabilities on the performance of international startups. Multiple regression analysis was used to empirically analyze 97 valid questionnaires. The research results show that technological innovation capabilities have a significant positive effect on the performance of international start-ups.更多还原
